Lower Right Back Pain in Men

People have been suffering from the most common pain which is back pain. Men and women both have feared this pain since years and they have been struggling to find the most appropriate solution for this problem. Lower right back pain in men have caused trouble and this problem is visible among men from the age between 35 to 55. There are several exercises for men to cure lower right back pain and these exercises have been helpful for many. First of all, there is a lower back pain chair exercise which is very easy to practice. You have to sit on a chair, lift your left leg and place your ankle on your right knee, then bend forward and breath soothingly, hold your breath for ten seconds and then sit straight. Repeat this for ten to fifteen times and you would see a noticeable difference in your back pain. Leg raises are also very beneficial for eliminating lower right back pain in men. Lifting one leg after another off the ground for ten seconds and holding your leg in the air for some time would relax your back. Paying attention to your sensations and feelings during this exercise helps in relieving the back pain very effectively.

Camel stretch, prone hip extension and hamstring stretch are also additional exercises for removing lower right back pain in men on long term basis. It is also suggested that men must keep practicing these work outs on regular basis to get rid of back pains forever.
